Estela is a Meals4Hope project, supported by Days for Girls and Ventura, that was created to address menstrual poverty in Venezuela.

We will help more than 5,000 Venezuelans overcome menstrual poverty by providing washable menstrual kits as well as sexual/menstrual education.

• A washable menstrual kit for one woman costs $7.6 and lasts 3 years
• A $100 donation will help 13 Venezuelan women overcome menstrual poverty
